Surrounded by a “Port-A-Dam,” Liesfeld Construction engaged in excavation activities to enlarge the City of Richmond’s Water Treatment Plant below the waterline of the James River.

The job entailed considerable risk and required precision work, as well as a well-organized site owing to the extremely cramped boundaries of construction.

The project was completed on time and within its budget.
